For those of you who have had class with me before, you know l use a blog to summarize what we talk about in class, post readings and course documents, and make updates to the syllabus and calendar. For those of you new to my teaching, you can get a feel for what that last sentence means by checking out what is posted here.
You can click through past posts (to get an idea about the shape of the course last year) and to check out course documents. In particular, take a look at the course syllabus (which lists your books and the class policies) and the course calendar (which gives an approximate schedule of what we will due in the next 15 or so weeks).
